About Central

Central is Hong Kong's crown jewel — the financial, cultural, and social epicentre of the city. Our property sits on the 22nd floor of a building on Aberdeen Street, right in the heart of the Mid-Levels area. You're steps from PMQ (the former Police Married Quarters turned creative hub), the famous Mid-Levels Escalator, and the vibrant streets of SoHo.

Living in Central means you're at the centre of everything. The International Finance Centre, major banking headquarters, and government buildings are all downhill. The nightlife districts of Lan Kwai Fong and SoHo are at your doorstep. And the Star Ferry terminal, connecting you to Kowloon, is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the city.

The neighbourhood around Aberdeen Street and Hollywood Road is one of the most culturally rich in Hong Kong. Art galleries, antique shops, and independent boutiques line the streets. Man Mo Temple, one of Hong Kong's oldest temples, is just around the corner. The juxtaposition of ancient and ultra-modern is Central's defining characteristic.

Food options are endless and span every price point. From Michelin-starred fine dining at the Mandarin Oriental to legendary street-level cha chaan tengs, Central caters to every palate. The SoHo dining strip along Elgin Street and Staunton Street offers international cuisines from every corner of the globe.

Central is the most premium location we offer, and it suits those who want to live at the absolute heart of Hong Kong. It's ideal for finance professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to walk to work in the CBD while having the city's best dining and nightlife on their doorstep.

Questions about Central

How do I get to the property?
Take the Mid-Levels Escalator from Central MTR (Exit D) and get off near Hollywood Road. The building is on Aberdeen Street, about a 7-minute walk from the station. The escalator only goes up during the day — at night, it's a downhill walk.
Is Central expensive for daily life?
Restaurant prices in Central vary widely. High-end spots can be pricey, but there are plenty of affordable options — local noodle shops, cha chaan tengs, and lunch deals. Groceries at Wellcome or ParknShop are standard city prices.
What floor is the property on?
The 22nd floor — the top floor of the building. You'll enjoy excellent natural light and views.
Is it close to Lan Kwai Fong?
Yes, Lan Kwai Fong is about a 5-minute walk downhill. SoHo bars and restaurants are even closer — many are on the same street.
Can I walk to work in Central?
If you work in the Central business district (IFC, Cheung Kong Center, etc.), it's about a 15-minute walk downhill, or one quick MTR stop.
What's the Mid-Levels Escalator?
The world's longest outdoor covered escalator system. It runs from Central up through SoHo to the Mid-Levels. It goes up from 6am-midnight and down from midnight-6am. Our building is right along the escalator route.
