Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose co-living in Hong Kong?
Hong Kong is one of the most expensive cities in the world for housing. Co-living offers a more affordable, flexible, and social alternative to renting a traditional apartment. You get a private room with all bills included, zero setup hassle, and a community of like-minded people.
How much does co-living cost in Hong Kong?
Our rooms start from HK$8,000/month and go up to HK$18,000/month depending on location, room type, and size. This includes all utilities, WiFi, weekly cleaning, and furnished room — so there are no hidden costs.
Which area is best for co-living in Hong Kong?
It depends on your priorities. Central and Wan Chai are best for nightlife and proximity to the business district. Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town offer a more relaxed vibe with waterfront access. Causeway Bay is the shopping capital. Jordan in Kowloon offers the best food scene and value.
Do I need a Hong Kong visa to co-live?
You need a valid visa to stay in Hong Kong long-term. Most of our members are on work visas, student visas, or WHVs (Working Holiday Visas). We can provide a confirmation letter for visa applications if needed.
Can I tour a property before committing?
Absolutely! We offer both in-person and virtual tours. Just send an enquiry and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
What is the notice period?
We require 1 calendar month's notice. So if you want to move out at the end of March, let us know by the end of February.
