Why co-living works for expats
The traditional expat rental process in Hong Kong takes 2-4 weeks minimum: finding an agent, viewing 10+ apartments, negotiating, signing a 24-month lease, and furnishing from scratch. Total upfront cost easily hits HK$100,000+. Our co-living cuts all of that — move in with a suitcase, start living immediately, and take your time finding a permanent home while you're already settled.

FAQs for Expats
Can I move in before my work visa is approved?
Yes, if you're in Hong Kong on a visitor visa while waiting for work visa approval, you can move in immediately. We just need a valid ID or passport.
Do you provide an address proof for bank accounts?
Yes. We provide a confirmation of address letter that Hong Kong banks accept for account opening. This is one of the most common requests from new expats.
Is this suitable for long-term living?
Many expats use us as a landing pad for 2-6 months while they find a permanent apartment. Some stay longer because they prefer the flexibility and included services. There's no pressure either way.
What's included in the price?
Everything: furnished room, WiFi, utilities (electricity, water, gas), weekly cleaning of common areas, and building management fees. The only extra cost is your own food and transport.
