Can I stay for just one semester?
Absolutely. Our minimum stay is one month, so semester-long stays work perfectly. Just give us 30 days' notice before you leave.
Do you have rooms near HKU?
Yes! Our Sai Ying Pun property is the closest — HKU's main campus is a short walk away via the Sai Ying Pun MTR station.
Can I have friends visit?
Of course. Guests are welcome in common areas during reasonable hours. Overnight guests should be cleared with your housemates out of courtesy.
