What is co-living?
Co-living is a modern way of shared living where you rent a fully furnished private room in a shared apartment. Common areas like kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared with other members. All bills, WiFi, cleaning, and amenities are included in one monthly fee.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Everything: a fully furnished private room, all utilities (electricity, water, gas), high-speed WiFi, weekly common area cleaning, laundry facilities, eco-friendly amenities (shampoo, body wash, cleaning supplies), and bed linens.
How long is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 1 month. We offer flexible monthly memberships — no long-term lease required. Most of our members stay between 3 and 12 months.
Do I need to bring furniture?
No! All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and linens. Just bring your suitcase and you're ready to move in.
How does the move-in process work?
Browse our locations, pick a room, and send an enquiry. We'll arrange a tour (in person or virtual). Once you're ready, we'll send you a digital membership agreement and set up your monthly payment. Move-in can happen within a few days.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. It's fully refundable within 14 business days after your move-out inspection.
Can couples share a room?
Yes! Our Large Deluxe, Queen Private, and Suite room types accommodate up to 2 people. Check individual property listings for available room types.
Where are your properties located?
We have 11 properties across Hong Kong Island (Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, Sai Ying Pun, Kennedy Town, Sheung Wan, Tin Hau) and Kowloon (Jordan). All are within walking distance of an MTR station.
